Vicki Black is a novice artist who enjoys painting and gardening in her spare time. She is married with 2 children, two grandchildren and two great grandchildren. This is the 6th time Vicki has participated in the St. Joseph public art. The inspiration for “Pink” came from her great niece who’s a girlie girl that loves the color pink.
